Steam is going to be shut down, the same day that ROBLOX will be shut down, because of the same reason. Steam has become overwhelmed with population, and they can't afford to hold the servers up. It seems like almost everything is going down! 'We're sorry.' the creators tweeted. 'We can't hold it much longer.' Rest in peace, steam.
